]]> The perfect New Year’s Eve gathering includes tasty snacks and appetizers. If you are at a loss for what to prepare, we have a great recipe to try: a shrimp cocktail. The cocktail is always a tasty and welcomed dish at any party. Here is a quick look at the ingredients and directions.

INGREDIENTS

1 lb. raw shrimp
2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
½ lemon juice
Kosher salt
Black pepper
3 cloves garlic
1/4 c. Parmesan
2 tbsp. fresh parsley
Warmed Marinara sauce

DIRECTIONS

The cooking instructions for this dish are simple. Start by preheating your oven to 400 degrees F. Next place parchment paper on a large baking sheet pan and then mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl (just make sure you’ve already cleaned up your shrimp beforehand). Next place the shrimp on the pan and roast in the oven for eight to ten minutes. Next serve with a warm marinara sauce for dipping and let your guest enjoy!
