Grilling isn’t easy, otherwise everyone would do it. Well, almost everyone does do it, but either way grilling can be tough. Too many times we burn food and over cook meats. If you are looking to grill to perfection, here are a few tips. <\/p>\n

Veggies<\/strong>: lightly coats your veggies in extra virgin olive oil and place them on the grill with low to medium heat. Cook and each side for a few minutes and enjoy.

\nCook time<\/strong>: go low and slow with ribs and pieces of chicken and high and fast with steaks and burgers. Doing the opposite will only dry out your meats.
