The CicLAvia, which is Spanish for bikeway, is a yearly Los Angeles event and bike lovers dream. On October 6, 2016 at 9:00am the City of Los Angeles will be shutting down various streets to allow LA bike riders to enjoy the streets uninterrupted by cars and traffic. All bikes, skateboard, tricycles, strollers and anything else with wheels are welcome and encourage to attend this wonderful community event.<\/p>\n
The CicLAvia will also feature music, street performances, games, food trucks, and other shenanigans that you can only find living in los angeles. If you are the active type and love bike riding, this is the event to attend. Los Angeles locals rave about the biking festivities and the fun is expected to take place multiple times per year.
